What Catalika is
Catalika lets sellers build product catalogs, share them on their own subdomain, and receive orders from their customers. By creating an account or using a Catalika-powered shop you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for everything published under your brand. Keep your credentials safe, and make sure the information you provide is accurate. You must be able to enter a legally binding agreement to use the service.
Your content
You own your products, photos, videos and other content. By uploading it you give us permission to store and display it so your catalog works. You must have the rights to everything you upload, and your products must be legal to sell. We may remove content or suspend accounts that sell prohibited or illegal goods, infringe others' rights, or abuse the platform.
Orders and payments
Orders placed on a Catalika shop are a direct arrangement between the buyer and the seller. Catalika does not process payments, does not hold funds, and is not a party to the sale. Fulfilment, payment collection, refunds and disputes are between buyer and seller.
Buyer data
Sellers receive the contact details and order information their customers submit. Sellers must use that data only to fulfil orders and communicate about their shop, and must handle it responsibly and lawfully.
Pricing
Catalika is currently free while in early access. Paid plans may be introduced later; existing sellers will be informed well in advance before anything they use becomes paid.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the service fast and available, but it is provided "as is" without warranties. Features may change or be discontinued as the product evolves. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
You can stop using Catalika and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
